Construction comprised of a steel superstructure with composite floor suspended slabs, supported on a concrete raft slab over CFA piles.

The structural design was undertaken within a very demanding programme (approximately 16 weeks) and the building was completed within an equally impressive time frame. The structural design allowed the entire superstructure (including six storey height of precast panels) to be erected before any slabs were poured along with minimal temporary works - this saved significant construction time.
