Tim has been based in Queenstown since 1997. He is highly respected as an expert in residential and commercial structural design in the wider Central Otago region. Many local Architects and builders call on Tim to help solve their trickiest design problems.
Tim specialises in complex, high quality residential projects, tourism projects and seismic strengthening and refurbishment of buildings.
