This included the replacement of the basement slab foundations and columns, the re-levelling of the building and the installation of tension ground anchors to enhance future performance.
The relevelling was undertaken by removing the main load bearing columns whilst providing temporary support to the tower above with adjustable jacking devices to bring the building levels back to within normal building tolerances.
